“Life Lessons from the Trail”

This year Susan, with her 27 year old daughter, completed the entire
2194.3 miles of the Appalachian Trail with the goal to raise over $50,000
for Parkinson’s Disease research; currently their total is almost $81,000.

Susan earned her BS from the UofM, MBA from Benedictine
University, Chicago and has certifications as Strategic Communication
Management Professional, *Accredited Business Communicator and GRI
Sustainability Reporting Process. She is an avid well-being and
vegan/health enthusiast and volunteers with children’s and women’s
ministries through her church. Susan completed the Chicago Marathon in
2019, beating her time when she ran it previously (22 years before).
